Returns and Refunds
GlowBougiePeps is NOT responsible for any of the following: Lost, delayed, or stolen packages once dropped off with the courier, Packages not received due to incorrect address provided by the customer, or items that arrive broken or damaged during shipping. Orders will be processed once payment is received and confirmed. Tracking will be sent to the email you provide on your order. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received after checking out or once you have opened the payment link. Once an order has been processed there is a ZERO REFUND POLICY.
It is highly encouraged to add insurance to your packages. It is $1 dollar for every $100 of your total in case the package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
⚠️ PRE-SALE items will NOT ship until they arrive. If you order other items with a pre-sale they ALL ship together. If you want them to go out seperate please place separate orders. You are NOT being scammed. A PRE-SALE item means exactly that. You buy in to this to lock your product in before it arrives and you get priority to the product inventory. I do NOT know arrival dates UNTIL it clears customs.

We typically try to respond within 72 hours from receipt of the problem. Failure to include all required info will cause delays in issue being addressed.
